RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We (Phyto Genesis Laboratories, LLC) have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@phytogenesislabs.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Phytogenesis Laboratories, 809 W. Thomas L Parkway Suite 1, Lansing, MI 48917 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Domestic Returns — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (U.S.)

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@phytogenesislabs.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

 

International Orders & Returns
(Update 3/01/2026) Unfortunately we are unable to deliver orders internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience. We look forward to re-opening international orders in the future. Stay tuned!

International orders are final sale. We do not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.

Order Issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@phytogenesislabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and the shipping label.

After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund without requiring a return. Remedies are provided at our discretion and may vary by country.

Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are collected by the destination country and are not refundable by us. Please check your local customs office for details before ordering.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to unpaid duties/taxes or an incorrect address, we may deduct any return shipping, customs, or handling fees from any discretionary refund. In some cases, carriers may not return the package; in those cases, no refund will be issued.

Compliance & Local Laws

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If required by local law, we will comply with applicable consumer protections.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Start a return as above and place a new order. (If we offer direct exchanges, we’ll note that in your return portal/email.)

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If a domestic package is refused or undeliverable, any reship or return fees may be deducted from the refund.

Warranty or Post-30-Day Issues

If your item develops an issue after 30 days, contact us—we’ll review for warranty coverage or reasonable remedies.

Note on International Orders

International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns. See “International Orders & Returns” for limited remedies on damaged/defective/incorrect items.

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
