Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Method & Carrier
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide reliable and trackable delivery.
USPS tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, holiday volume, and unforeseen postal delays may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
Delivery Addresses
We currently ship to all U.S. states, territories, and PO Boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Phyto Genesis Laboratories, LLC is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress through USPS.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While USPS is a reliable carrier, delays can occur. If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
